My mother recently moved into Pioneer Ridge and we could not be happier with the community! The agent, Linda, was spectacular! The amenities are wonderful, the ambience is comfortable yet refined, the activities are robust, and the staff and residents are very friendly. They have welcomed my mother, Judy, into their community with warmth. I would highly recommend Pioneer Ridge Gracious Retirement Living! P.S. Her studio apartment is beautiful!

Christine was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. I was shocked when she told me she couldn't provide even basic pricing information unless I first disclosed detailed information about my parents' financial situation. That immediately made me uncomfortable, and I wasn't willing to share sensitive financial details just to learn what the community charges.<br>To make matters worse, after asking for all of that personal information, Christine stopped responding altogether. The whole experience felt frustrating, unprofessional, and left me questioning the transparency of this community's sales process. Families looking for independent living deserve straightforward pricing and respectful communication—not pressure to disclose private financial information before they can even determine whether a community is affordable. Based on my experience, I would look elsewhere.

The location of this community on a high spot overlooking Stonebridge Ranch is just beautiful and the new color scheme throughout is wonderfully appealing! Great people who take great care of residents at this community!
