We hired them and I am just here to say I would never hire them again. $20/hr and I still have no idea what service the girl provided. Not only that, they make you pre-pay, they STILL haven't worked the number of hours they charged us for and then hit our card AGAIN for another $240. I hope no one else has to experience this. ************UPDATE FOR THIS REVIEW************** I spoke to the owner of PIHC and he explained the initial $400 was a "deposit". When they explained that to my 81 year old mother (whose POA I have) she did not understand that. She thought it was a pre-payment. So, the $240 they billed was for 12 hours of care and then they took $40 out of the $400 for 2 more hours and mailed a refund check to us for $360.00, which we received today, 7/25/2022. Still have no idea what service exactly we paid $20/hr for as my mother or the other caregiver never noticed anything being done. So, my overall review is still 1 star, because for $20/hr there should have been some type of noticeable difference or personal care and they say there was neither. I was not there, obviously, or it would not have gone like this.
