Moving our mother to Pinnacle was one of the best choices my sister's and I made. One of the first things I noticed was there was no smell when coming into the building. This tells me it is a clean place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our mother's needs and comfort are a priority and prompt communication occurs whatever the reason. Transpotation is available for appointments. There are a lot of activities for residents to choose from if they wish to participate. Our mother is well cared for, bringing peace of mind.

My mom is a patient of almost 2 years. Their staff is wonderful. They have something not a lot of health & rehabs have, staff that has been working there a long time. It's like a family It is also very clean and Mom loves the food.

This community is FULL of kind and caring staff!!Every time I have the opportunity to visit I am pleased to see so many residents that are given exceptional care and loving kindness. Sharon is an incredible activity director! She goes above and beyond to give her residents the best quality programs. The entire team at Pinnacle Sanford deserves our appreciation for the quality of care they give to every resident. Shout out to all the caregivers and volunteers that make the extra effort for our elder friends!❤️❤️❤️

I read a few of the reviews of this place and some say it’s dirty. I guess any nursing home is dirty if you go in when everyone’s pooping. My dad was here for two years. It wasn’t perfect, but I know for sure that most of the people that took care of him, did it with love until his death. No place is going to take care of your loved one like you do, but I felt happy having my dad here. Thank you, Phyllis, and all the staff for taking such good care of him.

The staff did everything they could to prevent reunification when I came to pick up my dad. He was only intended to be there for 2 weeks of physical therapy after a hip surgery and they tried to prevent his transfer in spite of his insurance company discharging him. Disappointing experience during a difficult time.
