This is one of the worst places I have seen and what they do NOT do for their clients. Were without electricity including heat for almost 24 hours. (Do you know how cold it is up there? )There is no nurse on duty 24 hours. It is hard to reach a doctor! They want the patient to pay when they have to travel 40 minutes away for a specialist. From my friend - the food is horrible and she orders in a lot of things to eat! A woman with dementia was just walking around lost! The room is so small ... how can 2 people watch 2 tv's at the same time? My friend has to sleep in her chair because the bed is so uncomfortable and they have not taken it out of the room !
