Was told applicants need a credit score of 650 or better. After application was denied and fee was sent, and check was cashed. I was informed by management the credit score of 650 was in the Terms and Conditions. Could not find it. Still looking. But thanks for your check.

Park itself is very nice, front office and management are the most unfriendly people you will meet. Have over 1M in assets, offered to pay lot rent a year in advance buy the home cash and are going to spend winters there. My better half and I are not married she alone makes more than enough according to the rules they have, I only collect social security which is under $30k so I don’t meet the requirements lol. Lot rent is under $800 a month, we offered a year in advance!?!? If she buys the home herself she meets the requirements lol she can do it alone on 50k but we can’t do it together showing 80k because we aren’t married. Ok great, but if she buys it I’m only allowed to be there 30 days out of the year because I will be a guest. I guess these ladies running the show all got their liberal arts degrees lol. Went last year looked at homes all day, found the home we wanted and were turned down. Tried again this year figuring maybe someone with some common sense about retired people’s finances would realize how ridiculous their guidelines are. Oh well, I guess you have to fit a certain criteria to be part of the privileged few lol. Oh yea, 95% of the homes we looked at last year are currently still for sale, go figure. Seems the property management and HOA own a vast majority of the homes for sale, after doing some digging seems they make it near impossible for owners to sell homes because management won’t approve buyers and eventually property management buys at pennies on the dollar and flips the homes they own for Hugh profit literally screwing old people or their families that inherited the property. I recommend anyone thinking about this place not wasting your time.
