Assisted Living
Pilgrim Manor offers personalized 24-hour care for older adults. Our assisted living neighborhood is adjacent to our skilled nursing neighborhood, which enables residents to easily move to a different level of care as their needs change or increase. When residents need a higher level of care, expert medical and nursing staff ensure healthcare needs are always met.
Memory Care
If your loved one is diagnosed by a medical professional with Alzheimer’s or another dementia-related condition, caring for them at home may not be a viable option.
Pilgrim Manor’s Garden Grove memory care neighborhood provides help and hope for families with loved ones diagnosed with dementia-related conditions or Alzheimer’s. Our attentive staff and peaceful living arrangements improve the quality of life and minimize stress for people living with these conditions.
We provide 24-hour personalized care, with a choice of studio or suite accommodations. Innovative programs, such as Music & Memory, help residents break through cognitive barriers and re-engage with others.
Short-Term Rehabilitative Care with Long-Term Results
Life has its ups and downs. When you experience a setback due to injury, illness or planned surgery, Fast Track Rehab at Pilgrim Manor gets you back on your feet and doing what you love. Our highly skilled professionals provide comprehensive and supportive rehabilitative care to help you build strength and put you on a path to recovery.
If you have a planned surgery in your future, schedule your short-term, inpatient rehabilitative therapy with us. Your recovery begins the moment you arrive, with an individualized treatment plan designed just for you. From rebuilding strength to developing new lifestyle habits, you focus on getting well while we focus on managing your personalized care plan.
Pilgrim Manor offers physical, occupational and speech therapies, seven days a week, as well as nutritious meals and excellent medical, nursing and therapeutic care to promote a comfortable and speedy recovery. In most cases, short-term rehab stays range from 20 – 30 days, depending on your individual needs.
Skilled Nursing
If your loved one is struggling with the tasks of daily living or has a terminal health condition, they may need 24-hour long-term skilled nursing care. Pilgrim Manor offers a choice of private and semiprivate bedrooms with 24-hour professional nursing services, personal care support and three daily nutritious meals.
We provide care that’s person directed and respects the choices of each individual. Our compassionate nursing staff and medical director ensure your loved one’s needs and preferences are tended to around the clock, giving you greater peace of mind while helping them to manage chronic conditions in a comfortable environment.
