It’s currently 3/23/26 and I’ve been at this facility since 1/22/26. I’m extremely grateful for this particular housing facility because all the staff…nurses, aids, management, even the cleaning crew are super nice, helpful and just friendly. With just a push of a button that’s right by my bed and chair someone is at my door within a few minutes for anything I might want or need. Once I leave here I’ll eventually have to go into the hospital for surgery and once I get discharged from the hospital I’ll need to go somewhere to get stronger again and this is the place I’m coming back to.

Phoenix has a good rehab and great for the elderly. I enjoyed exercising every day, the kindness of the nurses and aides good, nice, hot showers, and all I did very well there at Metro. I was getting hoisted out of the bed at Phoenix. I got out of the bed myself use the restroom myself and took myself to the gym every day Monday through Friday and now I am home. What a success story is has been

I have visited this facility for over 3.5 years, so I’ve had the opportunity to observe daily operations firsthand. I'm always impressed by the level of care provided! The environment is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming -- which makes a significant difference for both residents and staff. The activities dept does a great job keeping residents engaged, active, and happy, and the result is a community where residents form real & genuine relationships with one another. The nursing staff's consistency, compassion, and clinical skills are evident in everything they do. You can tell they truly care! The food is consistently tasteful and presentable. The dining rooms are always full during mealtimes as residents enjoy eating together in a social, comfortable setting. The kitchen staff always goes above and beyond to ensure each residents is served a tasteful, filling, and balanced meal. Management is always accessible and responsive. Michelle, the administrator, truly cares for each and every resident... she forms relationships with every resident and their family members. I've witnessed firsthand that the leadership team collaborates effectively to support the wellbeing of every resident. Their teamwork is evident! Overall, this facility demonstrates a level of care and professionalism that truly stands out. It’s always a pleasure to visit such a dedicated team!

My Aunt was at the facility for rehab and I a cannot praise this place enough. Everyone communicated with me about the care my that was given my family member. The administer answered all my questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to have another family member stay there.

If you love your family, do NOT send them here. This place is an absolute disgrace to elder care. The owner, Michelle, is never around she’s all talk and zero accountability. The reviews claiming she “cares” are lies. She’s only around when it benefits her image or her wallet. The staff are lazy and unprofessional. They sit around gossiping, sleeping on the clock, and even bring their kids to work on weekends when management isn’t around. If they were half as focused on the residents as they are on their phones, people wouldn’t be suffering. The building reeks of urine, the food is disgusting, and the residents deserve so much better. My loved one was neglected and ignored. Phone calls go unanswered, updates never come, and if your family member gets sent to the hospital good luck finding out until it’s too late. They’ll hire anyone with a pulse just to fill a shift. There’s no real oversight, no genuine compassion, and no respect for the people they’re supposed to be caring for. The only thing Michelle seems to care about is money. She runs that place like a cash grab, not a care facility. This place is bottom of the barrel filthy, careless, and dangerous. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews they beg people to write. Visit during a random shift and see for yourself how bad it really is. The fact that this facility is even open is shocking. Please, if you value your loved one’s dignity or life, stay far away from this place. No one deserves to be treated like this.
