I personally was a patient there. First I have to tell everyone that the staff of aids and nurses were fantastic. They always did their jobs and came when needed. The area is beautiful and the folks around the town are friendly and courteous. I loved being there. My regret is that they wouldn't wait to hear from my Ky insurance to make sure they'd receive payment. They would've been paid in full. However they wanted my disability check. There was no way I could afford to give them the whole check. I was there for physical therapy from the hospital and would've been released in 30 days. I received a letter from the insurance company today stating that they would have paid for the whole 30 days. It just truly makes me honestly believe that they were trying to double dip. So very sad for me. I needed the therapy and loved being there. Although I was only able to stay one week. They shouldn't have done that. Anyway it is truly a very facility. I recommend it to anyone in Ky.

This facility is full of kind, caring people and since it's small, feels more like family. The staff is patient and kind. They serve fantastic meals. Here, the administrator is usually out and about with the residents. You don't see hands on like that most places. This is also handy, close to home.

The employees are so efficient and so willing to help. The food is great! Facility is always kept clean and looks very nice. The Physical Therapy was top of the line!. The ladies in Therapy were fantastic ladies and gave me a challenge. The residents we really nice and we developed friendships. I enjoyed the extra activities bingo, trivia, and attending meetings such as food council/resident council. The facility has beautiful views looking from the inside out. The facility was very cooperative with my needs of keeping in contact with my family.

The workers all treat me like a king. They answer my call light timely. I have developed relationships with the staff and they feel like my children. I can relate to a lot of the staff here and feel like I'm easy to talk to. The changes have been tough a lot of old staff left and new ones came but the new ones are great as well. It just took a little bit of time to get to know them. Therapy has been going well. Nurses are all great. Tracy is a God sent. Covid has been hard. I wish everyone a great Holiday. Thank you for the great care!

This is such a warm and caring community home, I was there last week for the Senior Olympics and the residents had such a wonderful time playing the games and competing, yes competing, for the gold, bronze and silver medals. The staff showed such kindness and love helping the residents and the laughter filled the home. I left feeling so blessed to know our residents have a quality of life!
