The place was not safe walk it was terrible you couldnt even use the steps the ramp was not even safe how do you expect elder to walk and feel safe I prefer using the steps but I couldn’t due to them being in clean the had caution tape on the ramps that not very sturdy you couldn’t hardly see it at night almost feel due to the circumstances of the ramp and steps they use to always be clean off terrible where is the people that care about our safety

Couldn’t believe how nice and clean it was. The staff made me feel very comfortable and the care they gave everyone was great. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs this level of care

Terrible facility terrible staff. My dad was staying here got even more sicker when he got here visited him once he had no covers on him he was shivering laying flat on his back and they said he was throwing up makes no sense for him to be laying flat. The staff is rude and lazy took them 30 minutes to get him a blanket staff needs to be fired and replaced

I cannot say enough great things about this facility, staff, and leaders! My mother, Sandy could be very difficult to deal with at times. However, Tia, the nurses, and the entire staff were always wonderful with my mother and that meant the world to me! As I loved my mother dearly! All of the activities, the cleanliness, and the staff make this a world class place! You will find none better, no matter how much you spend at other places! Thanks again to Tia and all the staff for their care and compassion! And thank you for our last days with my mother. You helped to make it special for us all. God bless, and much love to you all! My grandmother was a resident here. She received great care. The nursing staff was good. The facility was always clean. Can't say much about the food but hospitals and nursing homes are not known to be 5-star restaurants and gave the family another reason to visit as we frequently brought her meals. To the reviewers unhappy about the staffing this is happening everywhere. There's not enough nurses to go around at present. This will get better as more people return to work.
