Thank you to the wonderful people and caring staff at The Villa. They cared for my aunt with intention and care. Kelley, Megan, and Brian go above and beyond to make each experience personal and a relief for families with loved ones in need of care. I am grateful to have had all our needs met and then some! Tess, Judy, Kathy, were all excellent and kind. Thank you to everyone that made our experience pleasant!

First I will say the nurses are great wonderful they really do all the work... .but the business end.if I could star them they wouldn't get one...... terrible communication Brian would never return my calls before I put my mother in there I told him that she had taken off four times This place cost $11,000 a month before insurance I thought I was picking the best place possible for my mother but this place is actually turned into a nightmare it's all about the money for $11,000 a month you would think they would have a lockdown unit but they don't so my mom had to get moved to a lockdown unit they never should have took my mom in the first place knowing that she was a silver alert and she had taken off four times lost... I told him this and they took my mom in anyway because she had good insurance and when the insurance money stopped the doctors wanted to release her My mom needed to go to a lockdown unit in the first place if I had only known ahead of time... I'm not a Karen ...I want people to read reviews My mother was in there for a week before I could get her transferred out it was delay after delay after delay and nobody calling me and telling me why what's going on how come I can only call the nurses to see how she was doing is she behaving? I was there almost everyday....the business end would never call me back they got as much money as they could get I guess so now my mom is confused again and I have to start all over because they kept delay and delay and delay now she's not there anymore she's in the lockdown unit finally after a week of knowing people getting used to people<br>I am a person who does reviews all my stars goes to the nurses!!! Now they're also telling me that I do not have power of attorney when I know I sign papers and my mom signed papers and I talked to the woman about having it notarized I know it was a power of attorney paper and now that she's been moved to another facility I have to start all over again so I'm just saying do your research do your reviews read the highest ones read the newest ones the lowest ones are usually Karen's I'm not a Karen today there's some great people there I even made friends with some outside but I'm still just losing it over 11,000 a month and they don't have a lockdown unit crazy it's about money That's what gets me the most is how much it cost and the money they get and they don't have a lockdown unit now she's in a different nursing home where they're understaffed and it's going to run me ragged because I have to go constantly to make sure she's being taken care of The new nursing home that she's in when I call it takes him 20 minutes to answer I let it ring and ring and ring so shame on you Villa is a Georgetown... My mom was close to death with the silver alert when I found her I would post a picture but I'm not going to do that to my mother not that she would see it but my sister Might and I'm not going to do that to her either and you can see at the very top I definitely review I do good reviews also but if they're bad I'll do bad reviews but I put this one in a high review so everybody would read it be an advocate to your research I thought I had but I was wrong

My dads experience was a good one. He really enjoyed everyone he came in contact with. A special thank you to Judy and Tess, these two nurses are absolutely wonderful and they both show so much compassion towards their residents. The STNA Laurie Brown was wonderful to my father as well, Big Kuddos to her! My dad also stated that the therapy staff was great as well, and very kind. he also enjoyed speaking with the staff from activities. If my dad ever needs rehab in the future I would bring him back to Villa Georgetown.
