STAY AWAY!! The administration here is frankly dishonest. My mother- in- law died over 3 years ago and they will not make right on a $5000 overpayment to them. They don't return calls, ignore emails, ask to see numerous copies of the check again and again (they could see on their own accounting records that the check was never cashed). I think they assume we'll give up. This whole industry is shady taking huge amounts of profits from selling properties when someone dies. But this place is the worst. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL. BEWARE!!! .....a few weeks later...So after all this time, and reporting them to the State of Ca agency to prevent elder abuse, we finally got a check. Amazing that it took state intervention to get our money. Then they enter the text saying to reach out. We've been 'reaching out' for over a year. The public needs to be warned about unscrupulous organizations. The review stands.
