My best friend is in this nursing home and it's a dump. The only place that's clean is the first floor. As soon as you get on the elevator, it stinks! The floors smell like feet. The nurses doesn't care for their patients properly. Please choose another nursing home.

Im highly satisfied with the care my mom is receiving . The one lady I have been talking with Mrs. Darlene is amazing . She puts my mind at ease knowing my mom is being well taken care of.
I had wrote this review a few months ago and I must say I still have the same feelings . Ms. Darlene is a wonderful person she goes over and beyond for my mother.

Today 3/22/2026. Darlene, Francina nurses aid and and Shamika front desk receptionist. She made me feel welcome when I came into the building. She saw I had a lot of items to bring in. She went out of her way to find someone to help me bring up the packages so I wouldn’t make multiple trips very well spoken carried a conversation. It was delightful speaking to her. Darlene and Francina are always helping me out with my mother, which makes me feel at ease being that I’m far away. The activities are amazing that they have for the patients.

I spent 2 months at this amazing facility, while recovering I must say this place have great activities, amazing nurses like Craig, Candice,Rose and the other nurses names I don't remember all beautiful souls, Staffs like Miss Richy, Henry,Fatima,Tanesha, and Mr.Richard, all amazing individuals.Lets talk about the staffs of recreation omg they helped to set the day Miss Claudia, and Darlene two lovely individuals that ensures their residents smiles for the day. Now, I witnessed this individual, doing her all for weeks for me and I heard other residents speak of all she has done for them and I must say She is an amazing individual. She is the best at what she does, Her name is Miss Marsha when I tell you she is the best social worker I have ever had, may God continue to bless all these staffs and Miss Marsha You are a great puzzle piece inside of The Great and Lovely Pelham Nursing Home/Rehab. Everyone works with all the residents to make sure they are comfortable, feel as little pain as possible, and ensure that there's a smile on each residents face. Not to mention Marcus, and all the maintenance team who cleans and fixes everything that needs to be attended to.Very clean facility, and last but not least a big thanks to the Lovely lady who does the laundry such a caring and amazing soul.I will be recommending this rehab/ nursing home to everyone I meet because as a young adult I must say it was a privilege to be here. I felt welcomed and I was able to go to all my outside appointments with transportation provided by this facility accompanied by some amazing staffs, whose name I don't remember. Thank you Pelham Nursing Home/ Rehab for having me.

I wanted to share a review on this Nursing Home / Rehab facility. I have been visiting a resident there. The staff and CNA's are wonderful and you can see how they really care for their patients / residents. I do want to give a specific shout out to Tiffany DON and managers. I have watched her work tirelessly with the patients/residents and they are recognized. There is a mutual respect that is shared between the staff and the patients/residents, they truly enjoy all the employees and their level of commitment and involvement. Respectfully
