The Pavilion at Glacier Valley is a 106-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing care community in Slinger, Wisconsin, offering both short-term and long-term care. The facility is fully licensed by the state of Wisconsin and accepts planned admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.

The community provides specialized rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapies in partnership with Reliant Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation suites offer a therapeutic environment for recovery following surgery or illness, with clinical teams developing individualized treatment plans. Therapy staff work toward improving each resident's independence, strength, and confidence during their stay.
