The overall environment at the Pavilion is accommodating and warm. The staff are helpful and Heather is extra friendly and goes out of her way to make patients and guests feel welcome. She does an excellent job cleaning and making sure everything is done properly.

I stayed at the Pavilion at Glacier Valley for rehab after being discharged from the hospital. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and worked hard to ensure I was well taken care of and returned home in a timely manner. I especially would like to mention Jennifer, Leann, Julie and the amazing rehab staff as well as Ce Ce, Vanessa, Deb and all of the Nursing and care team (Sorry the other names escape me at the moment)Also, Heather in Housekeeping who took care to make sure that the room was always as clean and tidy as possible. My only recommendation for improvement would be the food there were days when what was on the menu and what showed up on your tray didn't match, other than that I would highly recommend this facility for skilled care/rehab.

My mom was in for rehab because she broke her foot. The rehab was awful and did not do their job. She only received half of the rehab she should have received. We had to keep on them for them to get her out of bed and into her chair. The nurses would give her nebulizer treatment and leave, did not return to take the nebulizer away and shut off the machine. She was not able reach it. They would drop off medication and not stay to make sure she took the medication. Many days she did not get her medication because they lost it or didn't have it. She made more progress in 2 weeks of at home therapy than she did in 2 months of supposed 4 days a week therapy. They were saying she would not walk again. She progressed to a sit to stand 3 weeks of being home.

The Pavilion staff was very responsive and understanding to our mother's needs. The wound specialist were informative and did a fantastic job ensuring mom was on the road to recovery. Our family highly recommends this facility.

I had a very close girlfriend who just got out of rehab at the pavilion. She was therefore 3 to 4 weeks. I cannot explain how wonderful the attention the staff gave her. She felt at home and was well taken care of. In fact when they transported her to her new assistant living apartment, she did not want to leave pavilion at glacier she loved it there. The staff and the people she ate lunch with were fun to be with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend pavilion at glacier for a loved one. Go see it go meet the staff and any negative comments that were written can be discussed openly with their management. It’s a very warm homie setting with plenty of helpful staffing experienced people that handle all your manners as if you are family.
