I take care of my 83 yr old father with multiple health issues. After surgeries Pathwell is ordered for nursing PT etc. I can't say enough good things. Everyone has been helpful and kind and patient. Rick his PT really thinks outside of the box and is just a great guy. Susan one of the nurses is just a joy to be around. Recently I found out my father's Medicaid benefits were cancelled due to a paperwork error and I thought his services weren't covered. Melissa (another RN) called to schedule and I explained the situation she said no problem let me call the office, was able to confirm another insurance would pick up the cost and he could still get the care he needed. She came as scheduled and was incredible, upbeat, personable and very knowledgeable. Thank you all for everything you do for my dad!

Horrible customer service! I used Caring Angels back in 2021 for a short time. They charged me for services that didn’t happen. I’m now getting calls about an amount due and I cant reach a real Person to talk to. Horrible!

Awful service. I’ve been trying to work with them for six months to get my mother help and just today they told me I was basically out of luck scheduling a speech therapist for her. Throughout the entire time communicating with them was difficult. This is precious time lost and I couldn’t be more upset.

Management sleeps, smokes, and goes to McDonald's all day. Most clinicians have no clue what they are doing and management does not care if patients are getting the correct treatment. Management does not care about patients or employees only how much money they can make. They will make patients wait weeks at a time between visits because they don't have enough staff and make excuse after excuse. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. They are suppose to have an on call nurse but they won't answer, make you wait for days or send you to the hospital. They order products off amazon and you might not even get the supplies you need. They have a great LPN but she is the only good thing. Please do yourself a favor and get correct treatment by caring people at another agency.
