About Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center

Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility located in Memphis, Tennessee. The center offers rehabilitation and ongoing nursing care for residents requiring medical support and daily assistance.

Families consistently praise the facility's cleanliness and welcoming environment. The admissions team draws particular recognition for being knowledgeable, professional, and attentive; one family noted the admissions director "displayed concern for my Mother which gave me a feeling of calm." Several families also highlight engaged, qualified staff members who are responsive to questions and concerns. However, reviews reveal significant inconsistencies in care quality. While some residents report feeling safe and well cared for, others describe serious gaps in assistance, including medication management failures after discharge, delayed responses to patient calls, and concerns about basic care like bathroom assistance and food access.

With a 3.6 out of 5 Google rating based on 24 reviews, Parkway shows a stark divide between positive experiences, often centered on the admission process and facility appearance, and negative experiences focused on day-to-day care delivery. Families considering this facility should plan regular, frequent in-person visits to monitor their loved one's care.
