Never thought to read the reviews my mother died from dehydration at 90 years old . I know her sugar was low , they just leave a food tray and don’t assist in feeding I will be reporting this nursing home and filing reports this needs to stop , this is what you call elderly abuse . The nurse made sure when she called she had just got back to work and found my mother unresponsive .

My Father (DP) died in this place. Do not take your loved ones here. My father had been in this facility since May of 2020. He was full of life..we would go out in the common areas while he was in the wheelchair. But due to his age, his sight became very diminished. When asked if the doctors would treat his eyes or have an ophthalmologist see him we would received a very general or vague answer.. I would arrive and see food all over the floor because they failed to do their job. Fast forward, in May of 2023, I arrived for a normal visit. My father was writhing in pain yelling loudly about his feet. When I uncovered his feet and removed his socks, I could hardly believe what I saw. His feet were covered in open sores. I immediately called the nurse and demanded answers. A nurse came in and treated his feet with ointment and bandages. I never heard from doctors as to what of any treatment plan was in place. He later went to a few doctor appointments where it was discovered he had cancer and blocked arteries. My Dad was taken to the Methodist South hospital in October 2023 where he died. My Dad would still be alive if doctors and nurses had taken better care of him. this facility took absolutely no preventive health care measures. I trusted this facility to do the everything medically necessary to improve not diminish the health my father. He was a retired veteran and retired postal worker and deserved to be treated with dignity and kindness. I would not recommend Graceland Rehab facility to anyone.

I'll give it zero or negative thousand if I could. I wouldn't send a dog to that center. And manager's attitude isn't professional at all just because they not doing what they're suppose to do.

My Aunt is been in there for 2 months everyone is so nice and place is so clean I'm so glad that she is in a place with a excellent staff
