My mom made the decision to make Parkview her home and the whole experience from start to finish has been exceptional. Tim Sears, Parkview Director, has been wonderful to work with. He took time in guiding us through this transition. He is always available and quick to respond. He has the skills to make everything go smoothly and a caring attitude that immediately made my mom and our family feel welcomed. The staff are all friendly and helpful! A big shout out to Mandy Standon for her outstanding care and sweet way of working with the residents. The cooks are remarkable and I’ve enjoyed some delicious meals there with my mom. My mom is making new friends, has a better social life, feels protected and looked after and is enjoying the beautiful facility and views of the mountains and Colville valley. So thankful for Parkview’s Activity Director, and the fun activities, a decor etc. she thoughtfully plans for the residents. ❤️ I can see that she works hard to make each resident feel comfortable. And she gives them lots of opportunities to get involved and enjoy each day! 🥳 Thank you Christine!!! 😄

The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of the residents. It’s clear they go above and beyond to create a supportive and compassionate environment. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it feel like a true community rather than just a facility. Everything is well-maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the building really stands out. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and positive place for their loved ones.

My Mother in law and her husband lived there and he was quiet difficult. They always treated him better than he actually deserved right up until the day he died. Catrina was so wonderful with Mom. She held her hand and helped her through every step of the process so it wasn't as overwhelming as it normally would have been. Catrina is always so caring and you can tell she genuinely wants the best for her clients. It's a clean, cheerful, happy place with lots of activities. Mom loves it there.

Parkview is one of the nicest senior living centers I have been in. It is much more friendly. The staff and especially Kristine have made made our visits special. I love the Sunday brunch’s with great food, even mimosas and live music. Great job to all of you who make this such a wonderful place to be.
