Phone service is nonexistent!
My mother has been at Cascadia for about a month, and while she says the staff treats her well and the food is good, the phone system is beyond frustrating.

- No Voicemail Option: The main line says ‘Do not leave a message here’—so if no one answers, you’re stuck redialing endlessly.
- Unreliable Transfers: On the rare occasion someone picks up, they transfer me to a mobile phone. Calls often drop, forcing me to start the exhausting cycle again.
- No Direct Room Phones: Staff must physically bring the mobile to my mom’s room, which delays calls and adds stress.

This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s isolating for families. How are we supposed to check on loved ones? I shouldn’t have to pray someone answers the main line.

To Cascadia Management: Please fix this. Install room phones, set up a reliable voicemail system, or assign a dedicated contact person. Families deserve better communication.
