This place is horrific My father stayed there for 2 long weeks following a long surgery and it was stressful and nightmarish Lost my fathers soiled clothes The air conditioner was broken in his room and no one fixed it for days They did not follow orders from the doctor regarding wound care Failed to appropriately communicate with us regarding treatment The balcony reeks of urine because they let a resident urinate out there The place is poorly ventilated The food is inedible Non managerial staff is kind but they are completely mis managed with no one available to address concerns on weekends, late evenings or holidays I am reporting them to the department of health imminently. If you care about your family member and their wellness and living conditions at all, I would highly recommend sending them anywhere else in Colorado.

It has been a few weeks now and I'm going to take back everything bad I said about Parker Acute care and it's staff and homebodies. I went to administration with concerns and have always relied on myself for decades but the staff is sincere and compassionate and caring from the driver to the Dr. I can assure you if this was ny, ct. Or Georgia no one would care about US. I'm blown away from the Care and empathy that 99% of the staff are genuinely. I've trusted one person ALL my life and I trust and believe in them. Their like family and this is extremely unique I'll probably never get over the fact there are humans like this and in one small location to have so many people like that is beyond luck they are All Angels with a passion for Love and understanding and so much empathy I can cry from happiness. These are phenomenal humans who should be thanked everyday for what they do and of course putting up with me

My mother-in-law was in this facility for rehab about a month ago. They evaluated her once and never came back to see her again. She got no rehab, she was to be on oxygen 24/7 yes and they never checked to see if she was on it or if it was set right. We would go see her every day and her oxygen would sometimes be at 1L, sometimes be at 2L & sometimes 3L, it was all over the place and sometimes she was never using it. We found Parker Post Acute to be dingy and depressing. After her not receiving any care for a week, we took her home and had her do in-home therapy, which was so much better! When we took her home, she was to be on oxygen and they did not set it up like they were supposed to so they had to bring her one of their oxygen concentrator to use until they could get oxygen set up for her. All in all of they dropped the ball on all fronts! I would never suggest this place to anyone!

My 96 yo father was here for rehab after discharge from Parker Adventist Hospital. The facility is smaller and more intimate than some of the other facilities I had looked at. Because of that, the attention to my father was much greater. The rehab team, led by Sarah, is amazing! Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. My dad really worked hard with them and enjoyed it. Following leg surgery he is walking up to a mile a day thanks to this team of therapists. Lauren was his case manger and she did a wonderful job of staying in touch and trouble-shooting any concerns we had. Very easy to reach out to and very kind in her response. Erla is the administrator and, again, was very responsive to any issues we approached her with. She listened and quickly responded to whatever it was we were asking. The nursing team works very hard and were very kind to my dad. He had a lot of complications during his stay (not due to Parker Post Acute but to complications from his surgeries) and they responded professionally. Overall, my dad responded very well to his stay at Parker Post Acute. While happy to be home it was a very good experience for him and we are grateful for the care he received while there!

Under new management Parker Post Acute is the perfect place for those needing a place to be tended to. I enjoy all of the activities they offer all day to keep you engaged. Most of all the outings & painting ceramics. Housekeeping has improved immensely. I like the flexibility of therapy. The food is 100% better. I look forward to seeing the menus & tasting the new meals they have created. I greatly appreciate the management & all of the staff as they are always working on making this an even better place to be.
