Parke View is truly an amazing place! The facility is clean and the staff is attentive. The CNAs are hardworking and truly care for the residents. There is always an activity to attend to and the residents socialize often. It is a loving environment the second you walk in the door.

My experience with Parke View Rehabilitation and Care Center has been very positive, mainly because of the staff. The nurses and aides are kind, patient, and truly caring. The therapy team is also supportive and encouraging to the residents. Overall, the staff is what makes this place stand out!

Park view SUCKS!!! They do not care about their "clients" (they work for them). They let alarms and call lights go unanswered which results in Client falls. They don't have time to help a client to the bathroom so more falls, because when you have to go you have to go, not wait on help. What help the nurses and care people rather be on their phones or chit chatting with coworkers. They also have NO ENCOURAGEMENT to get better. Family members hate it there and never get respect. Thievery happens. Bad place!

The residence have formed a great community and look out for each other. I loved that best about this center. I felt most staff was caring and kind. The real issue seemed to be the communication. I know that they did not do the weekly weight check correctly for my Mom. I felt if this was done correctly the Physician and Nurse Practitioner could answer question about being a candidate for hospice more accurately. This would have been so much easier for family
