This facility is going downhill. They never have staff. The head nurse position has changed several times. The administrator can never be found. She constantly outside smoking and the smell is off putting and not very approachable. Stay away from this place!!

Parkdale has been a blessing to me personally and professionally. They took amazing care of a dear friend and have partnered with me to teach college students to be comfortable working with elders. Wonderful facility.

Parkdale Manor is warm & inviting. The staff is always inviting and able to answer my questions. Every time I visit the ladies & gents living there are smiling!
