My father in law spent two weeks at Park View and I have nothing but praise for the wonderful care he received from the nursing staff to the OT and AMAZING PT services. Jasmine, the social worker, was always responsive to my phone calls and questions. My father in law gained weight while there because he really enjoyed the food :-) The staff were always helpful and attentive to us when we visited and to my father in law. Keep up the amazing work and the great care you give to the vulnerable population you serve.

The staff is wonderful, skilled and compassionate. The food is much better than normal hospital food. There is always fresh vegetables and fresh fruit. It’s very impressive that they can deliver real fried eggs for breakfast , still warm to that many patients. Most facilities have switched to liquid eggs so hats off to Parkview . The whole staff overall is outstanding, but extra standouts in nursing were Malia, Ryan, Ray and Suzette. In Physical Therapy try to get Kate or Sisley. In occupational therapy, Maya is terrific. Best CNA,s were Philoberto and Maria. Mattie and Savi were really helpful in social services. I believe Parkview is the very best facility in Sonoma County and highly recommend it. Be sure to ask for the front of the buildings where there are only two beds in the room. The back rooms have three beds to the room

My father resided at Park View Post Acute for a few weeks before he passed, and was treated with respect, attentiveness, and overall kindness. The staff were very informative and supportive during his stay, which made our family feel insanely comforted and less overwhelmed. Would highly recommend their care.

I can't say enough good things about Park View Post Acute. From the moment Mom arrived, she was treated with kindness, professionalism, and top-notch care. The nursing staff is attentive and compassionate, always making sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. The physical and occupational therapy teams are truly outstanding. They designed a personalized rehabilitation plan that helped her regain her strength and independence faster than I expected. Their encouragement and expertise made all the difference in her recovery. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The meals were nutritious and well-prepared, and there were plenty of activities to keep residents engaged and social. What really stood out to me was the staff’s dedication to their patients. They took the time to listen, support, and motivate her throughout her stay. Thanks to their excellent care, she was able to return home feeling confident in her recovery. I highly recommend Park View Post Acute to anyone in need of skilled nursing or rehabilitation services. They truly go above and beyond!
