I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms.Shelton for her dedication, commitment,professionalism and caring spirit that assist me in my new home at Snowden River. Her can do attitude reflect the atmosphere of us seniors that needs to be nurture with love and respect.The staff is always pleasant, the building is very clean and the people are so friendly. If you are looking for a nice place to live in Columbia,MD you may want to consider this one for sure😊

( Update: My mother passed away January 2025, R.i.p. Sara Lawson Meggett ) NEVER MOVE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!!!! THE MANAGER IS NEVER AROUND TO FIX THE ELDER ABUSE THAT IS GOING ON DAILY!!!!!!! THE LADY SHANA WHO WORKS AT THE FRONT DESK IS RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT FIXING PROBLEMS AT THIS RESIDENCE. FIRE ALL THE STAFF IMMEDIATELY AND MOVE YOUR LOVED ONES AWAY FROM THIS SENIOR FACILITY!!!!!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE SENIORS WHO LIVE HERE!!!!!!! HOWARD COUNTY NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!

I visited the property today and met Angel Atwell. I didn't have an appointment today, but I decided to stop by for a tour and to inquire about there availability. She was very informative, professional, empathetic and understanding. Although there were no vacant units, she went a step further to recommend other properties within Enterprise residential organization. Because I was not in a rush, I was very pleased with her ability to provide other properties. Then, before we ended our discussion, she made herself available to contact if I have any further questions. This is what I call outstanding performance. Thank you again Ms. Angel Atwell.

Angel was pleasant to meet, patience and assist my mom with being approved to move into her apartment. I even suggested to Angel that she could make an excellent Realtor the way she can sell apartments. Angel has the sweetest personality. I'm happy my mom found this place; it will be a great place to live!

It's a very nice, clean building. The staff is very nice. Troy is a pleasant worker. I run a private cleaning company and all of the apartments are very nice. All of my customers love living there. I also clean apts in Laurel off of 197 and they are also very nice. I clean at Emerson also. And that is a beautiful building. I have to say that Shelter Properties does a nice job on all if their properties.
