I have serious concerns about the vetting processes of this business in regards to their lawn care services. There's some specific concerts about the staff of the lawn care at this location especially those working with the elderly and vulnerable.
I don't feel this is safe due to an oversite and the history of certain personnel. Management should be more transparent in regards to their hiring standards and safety protocols.. I strongly urge Families to look elsewhere until vetting issues are addressed.

Back in the early 1990s my grandmother and grandfather moved from Dayton Tennessee to 232 shilah ave located in the Park of the Palms community and my older brother and I would stay with my grandparents for whole summers it seemed , walking everywhere: to the pool to swim everyday ( before it stormed of course!! lol) to the shuffleboard courts, sometimes we would play foosball upstairs above the dining hall or sit in the gazebo overlooking the lake. We even across the main street to the grocery store - an Albertsons I believe and the Eckerd drug store to buy candy and Teen Bop magazines..wow what great memories I have from those years and would love to go visit the area again someday if for no other reason but to feel closer to Pop Pop and Cha Cha (what we called them:)and my brother Jeff who have all since gone on to be with the Lord. Nothing but great things to say about this community and the small town of Keystone Heights.

This is the quietest and most well run facility I have ever been in. The nursing staff is so connected to the residents. The caregivers and activities staff are incredible and so patient and kind. The housekeeping is right on target.
The facility is dated but very well kept.
