👎 Never take an elderly person to that place. They will mistreat them. They won't look after them at all. But if you want them to die soon, that’s the place to go

Mayra, hope it spelled right, is the most kindest, helpful person. I cannot even explain how much she has helped me, been so patient, and full of information. Hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
Charlotte

July 14, 2026
TINO is the awesome maintenance engineer at Park Manor! When Mom has an emergency he is very quick to come save the day! No matter the issue, no matter how big or small, Tino takes care of it very quickly and always with a smile! Not only does he take care of maintenance and engineering, I have also noticed if a resident is lost in the halls or dining room …if Tino is around, he is always willing to help them out. I also see he is always on the move and always with a smile! Thank you Tino for all you do for Mom and everyone else as well! I also have to mention a few other awesome staff members at Park Manor Westchase. TANJILA is the SuperWoman Staffing Coordinator who does not just one job but three or four and does them all well...and always with a smile! Then there is ROGER who also is an awesome multi-tasker! He helps run the dining room, delivers morning coffee with a smile and a "Good Morning!" to the residents, helps the residents fill out their menus for the week and all manner of other things. He is kind and always patient with the residents and always has a beautiful smile! ABIGAIL is the dedicated and creative Activities Coordinator who always has ways for the residents to fill their days and lots of fun activities including parties for all the special holidays and more. She too always has a beautiful smile for everyone. Then there is ASHLEY who greets everyone as they come in the door with a smile and heads them in the right direction. She too does more than one job! She definitely is a "Gal Friday". And then there is the Therapy Department with Eddie at the helm. They all do a great job at rehab for the patients but Chris and Greg are the ones who convince my Mom to do her therapy and she doesn't even complain...much! These are just a few of the great staff at Park Manor Westchase. There are many more Audrey, Phoebe, Myra, Paul, Sil and the list goes on. Vicki Johnson-Clements
