I was in need of ot/pt therapy for my right shoulder after a surgery I needed from a wreck. I chose PMQV rehab department. Though they did not have cutting edge equipment (neither do I), they had what was needed for me to have the therapy to regain use of my right arm. No matter what recovery is tough.
I paid out of pocket and I was seen by Anu and Nimmy. They are both very easy to work with and have different styles to help you. They both paid attention to me in my sessions making sure I stayed within my limits and not over do it with my excersizes. They gave me clear instructions and taught me what/how to do what was needed at home. The whole department was there to assist me and all the clients if needed, as I saw them working as a team. They were very attentive to how I was handling the therapy and what I was able to do and work up to do.
The atmosphere was pleasant with no added pressure. The environment was clean and controlled even when busy with other clients. Very nice people all throughout the facility. It is located inside a nursing home for the elderly. I didn't mind at all. If you care consider that, but it did not have anything to do with my recovery or sessions. I could tell they cared about me and my recovery. And that is important to me. I am getting stronger for it.
Thank you Anu and Nimmy. I would recommend the facility for ot/pt care for the people there will help you reach your ot/pt goals. I am grateful.
