자연스럽고 따뜻한 영어 리뷰로 옮기면 다음과 같습니다. My mother is 98 years old, and she came here after suffering a stroke. I’m not usually writes reviews, but I simply couldn’t leave this place without writing one. Everyone here—even the patients—greets you with a smile. The rehabilitation therapists, nurses, CNAs, social workers and the cleaning staff all treat people with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, we have to transfer my mother to a facility closer to my home because this place is quite far from where I live. It makes me sad to leave, and I sincerely hope that the people at her new facility will be as caring and compassionate as everyone here. Thank you to all of you for the wonderful care and kindness you have shown my mother and our family. God bless you all!!

I extend my gratitude to the facility, to Erendira Perez, Mariana and Luis Navarro, excellent nurses, and especially to the administrator, Paloma Sanchez, who is always attentive to the needs of the families. My admiration goes to each and every person who directly and indirectly contributes to the care of the patients. I am delighted with the service, quality, and trustworthiness.

Today, I conclude my 4 week stay at Panorama Gardens, and I felt compelled to write this review immediately. This facility is absolutely amazing in every single way. The kindness and compassion shown from everyone on staff has been such a Blessing. The nurses, nurse assistants, doctors, administrative, kitchen, maintenance, and social services departments. I was treated with great care and respect. I wholeheartedly recommend Panorama Gardens if you're looking for a reputable skilled nursing facility. Thank you, Panorama Gardens. I can't say enough positive about my mom's stay at Panorama Gardens. They took such good care of her and every patient that I saw around us. My 96yo mom was there for 14 days. I stayed with her most of the day so I could watch what was going on. If I needed her changed, someone was pretty much there within 1-2 min. In other facilities, we've been told, "just do it in the diaper and wait until we can get to you." This NEVER happened at Panorama. No matter what we needed someone responded RIGHT AWAY. A CNA came into the room repeatedly to check if we needed anything. We roomed with temporary people who would not be able to do anything for themselves, let alone push the button for help. The staff cAme in constantly to check on these people. The facility is clean and the staff ALWAYS have a smile on their face no matter what you request. The meals were generous and tasty. I was really impressed with how many staff members came in to speak with us about her diet, exercise, medications, activities, etc. I would not hesitate to bring my mom there again. God forbid I ever have to put her in a facility, but if I did, I would have every confidence in Panorama Gardens.
