Diana OT is theeeeeeee BEST….. I’ve doing home healthcare for a while. My clients husband decided to take advantage of some of the perks he has for his wife. His wife was diagnosed with MS l, she’s been battling this for 30 plus years, wheelchair is how she gets around. She hasn’t walked in years. Mrs. Diana has been working with us for about 4 weeks and when I say my client has us in tears because she’s doing things that she was told she wouldn’t or couldn’t do. It’s like Mrs. Diana has magical hands or something. I’ve been through this journey from day one and when i say this you have to have patience in this field and love what you are doing, you will see these values in Mrs. Diana. She’s kind, she’s patience, she’s encourages us to keep going with this process even when we have doubts. I highly recommend her to friends and family. Panoptic you did a great job having Diana as one of your preferred OT!

Panoptic was amazing from start to finish! We had Beth RN- who was so good with my grandmother. Then we had Amanda ST who helped my grandmother boost her memory. She was very patient and kind with my grandmothers disease. I would absolutely recommend Panoptic to anyone who needs in home health care if not for the quality care the genuine kindness toward the caretakers of the patients in the care of them.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They got adult services involved for neglect and had him put into a nursing home. His health has drastically declined and is now on hospice. He was perfectly fine at home and had nothing wrong with him. I am very disappointed with this agency. A bunch of Two-faced liars, do not let them in your home!
