Palms Estates of Highlands County is a 55+ Christian retirement community in Sebring, Florida, composed of block homes, single and double-wide homes, lots, and a 40-slip RV park. The community emphasizes a small, friendly atmosphere with access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions.

Located in central Florida with direct access to Lake Istokpoga, a 26,762-acre freshwater lake and the fifth largest in Florida, the community offers water sports including fishing, boating, and kayaking. The surrounding area features orange groves, ancient oaks, cypress trees, swamps, and tropical forests with abundant wildlife.
