Lovely facility. Clean and bright. Receptionist was very polite and staff was helpful and considerate. Security measures are in place that are top notch. Brings peace of mind and assurance when it comes to the safety of the residents.

The facility was old, but very clean, and smelled nice. I loved the birds, small Finch, in the hallway. The staff were all very helpful, and seem to engage with my mother in a kind manner. The only problem I saw, with my mother being bedridden, there were no places to sit in her room to visit. We had to bring chairs in from the hall, and then for a caretaker to come in and redo our made accommodations.

From what I have seen so far everyone seems nice and very courteous and attentive as my friend stays here. I will let you know. I’ll send another review to let you know how her service was as a patient.

Very nice and very clean well organized for all stages of care. My wife and I were there visiting with my aunt and uncle which my aunt just finished with therapy and the staff were very friendly and guided us to find my uncle. Met lots of residents along the way and everyone seemed to be friendly and busy with some type of activity and telling stories. As we moved through the building it wasn’t very difficult to find a friendly staff member to help us

This facility is amazing. The staff, the residents. Marty and Julia have been amazing to get everything set up- always available for questions and referrals, direction and assistance. The wait staff are so personal and engaging, fun and attentive. Food has been delicious and very plentiful. The residents are so incredibly happy and friendly; today was move in day, and people remembered our names. The director of activities is super sweet and cares about what the residents are interested in. The nurses are also very attentive and really care about what the residents need to stay healthy and happy. Haven’t yet had the opportunity to meet folks from other areas like possibly the aids or housekeeping- expecting the same great experience! Amazing community here at The Palms. Feels like joining a family. Thank you Palms!!
