Walked through here once when assisting a patient who was staying here, (I work across the street) and they had one staff member running the entire unit for well over 20 patients. Making meals. Expected to keep up with assisting them all with personal care, pretty sure she was in charge of meds too. Poor thing looked like she was drowning. How can one person reasonably handle all that work and ensure that residents are receiving the attention they need? Feels unfair to staff and to the residents.
