I am currently receiving caregiving services for my ALS through Palmetto Family Homecare, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding care I’ve received. My caregivers have been absolutely wonderful—they go above and beyond every single day to make sure I’m comfortable, safe, and supported. They help me with bathing, getting dressed, preparing meals, and all the everyday tasks that mean so much when you rely on others for assistance. What really makes them stand out is the kindness and genuine compassion they bring into my home. They treat me with dignity, patience, and respect, and it truly makes a difference in my quality of life. Palmetto Family Homecare has been exceptional from the start, and my caregivers are shining examples of the care and professionalism their team provides. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, compassionate caregiving support. They have truly made my days easier and brighter. I have not visited the offices of Palmetto Family Home Care, but we have received frequent visits from various associates. During the time in which my husband was established as patient, we were showered with compassion and empathy by various staff members. Due to the fact that caregivers are human, it has to be understood that they will also have their challenges; therefore we understand that an established caregiver will sometimes have to be replaced by another. In this instance the provider has been excellent and caregivers have been stellar in honoring the times that we have needed them to be available. We appreciate what they have been doing for us. Management at Palmetto Family Home Care went above and beyond what we thought would be normal for a provider to do when they suggested that my husband be established with a Hospice for more professional home care - we are grateful.

I losy my brother of ALS, was one of his caregivers and Palmetto Family Home Care was his major care provider. I saw and knew the caliber of care-givers sent to care for him. Every attempt was made to make his journey as enjoyable/peaceful as possible. I can’t say enough about their company and the care they provide. Family is ‘key’ in their title. That’s the way you’re made to feel.
