The facility and its staff have demonstrated a notable improvement in professionalism. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the front desk manager, who courteously stood up, welcomed me, and guided me through the entire check-in process. He also assisted me in locating the patient I was there to visit. As I proceeded to the elevator and onto the patient’s floor, I was consistently acknowledged by staff members, who offered assistance in a professional and courteous manner. Upon entering the patient’s room, I found her resting comfortably in bed. While it would have been preferable to observe the patient out of bed and more active during my visit, I was nonetheless pleased with the overall improvements I observed during this experience.

“First impressions are lasting” and so are bad. Please to say that I was very pleased from my first contact with the front desk person. He was professional, pleasant, authentic, and welcoming. Also, my meeting with the medical personnel were also welcoming, especially the lady from Trinidad. My family appreciate all you do.

Poor quality of care and lack of professionalism from the nurses. My loved ones’s health made a drastic decline in this facility. Once your loved one is admitted here they are trapped. It will be very difficult to make an easy transition back home. After several agencies were willing to provide home care, the team at this facility sabotaged the whole process where the services were denied. The staff played the blame.game, Cna,s need training

Hello my helena Walton niece of Melissa Walton a resident there on the ventilator floor...I just want to say is thank u n hallelujah for the work u have done in the short time my niece has been there,, this is the 3rd rehabilitation place for my niece....n ur r the best ,,first of all the place is beautiful...nursing staff n respiratory staff r on point ....the confidence i have is finally a positive one ,,u don't give up hope..the other places gave up hope...we couldn't let my niece laid on machines for for the rest of her life not even ice chips the Doctor in my opinion though she was GOD.. ...THANK U FOR UR BELIEVING IN MODERN technology n brilliant staff ..n believing the impossible possible

If you have any love for your loved ones RUN the other way. Do NOT go to this hell hole. My mom was there 3 days and was dropped twice. Fell off her bed once. They only reported the last fall and claimed they didn’t know what happened. Still waiting on proper documentation that they never filled. According to the ambulette service that picked her up this place is called free fall due to all the falls the residents have there, and they get called to take to The hospital.
