This place needs to learn to answer the call bell my father is currently staying here and no one responds to his call bell until 30 minutes to a hour later he has sepsis and his pressure gets elevated at times and then at times gets really low this is a safety hazard that needs to be addressed he could be calling for help because he feels his pressure dropping this will be a major lawsuit if this happens and he isn't responded to promptly i understand he isn't the only resident but it also doesn't take years to respond to a resident needing help I am a cna so I know how this works please read this review and don't just respond and brush this issue off actually fix the issue and have the nursing supervisor and or charge nurse to do rounds to make sure cnas aren't sleeping and actually are doing there job also please remember this could be your love ones treat other how you would want to be treated w we have to remember that families are already going through a lot with there love ones getting older and dealing with health issues so they aren't the same that we are use to seeing them also the residents are out of the element and trying to adapt to a new living arrangement let's not make it harder on either parties

Upon driving to the facility I was impressed nice and clean as entering the building it was very nice and clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Monica was the first person I saw she welcome me and ask if I had any questions with a smile. Walking to my dad's room down the hallway it smelled like urine but as I got closer it smells ok.
