This facility is truly amazing. The entire staff, as well as the building are truly exceptional. Ashley and the entire team in social services do an outstanding job of seeing that all patients, short and long term have all of their needs met on a daily basis. 5 stars all the way!

My husband is here and can say nothing negative. The nurse has changed his bandage every day and he had his first PT today and was so impressed by the work-out he had he couldn't stop telling me about it, except for telling me about the great food he's been getting. Your facility is FANTASTIC 😊

This place is amazing. The Cna's, the nurses, all the staff really are hands down some of the best I have come in my 63 yrs. I was there 45 days plus. The Pt and The Ot, were the absolute best I've ever known. Shout out to Ashley, she always stayed in touch with my daughter, down to any task at hand. If I ever need another time to need rehab, this is the only place I will return to. Much love and hugs to every one of you, that were involved in my care!!!!! Ty Astoria, for everything!!!!

My mom was in Astoria for three weeks receiving rehabilitation for a fall. The facility and staff were incredibly compassionate, professional, thorough and did an amazing job of communicating with my brother and I as our mother was recovering. From the front desk (Kim), to Vanessa who was in charge of the floor my my was residing on and Brandy, the social services director, all looked after my mom’s well being as if she was a member of their family. When my mom’s stay at Astoria was complete, the staff arranged for all paperwork, personal items, medications and pertinent information to be forwarded to and shared with the assisted living facility my mother was moving into. No one wants to see their family member in a rehabilitation setting however, if they are need of the services provided by one, Astoria is the facility to be in. I cannot say enough positive things about the facility and the staff. They are first rate.
