Outstanding staff (at ALL levels), who seem to add so much uplift to many of the residents going through difficult times of physical rehab & life adjustments. Life can bring us all through rough times, but it's always such a blessing to see our friends feeling more positivity & encouragement in their outlooks.

I love that the staff manager and faculty listens to your concerns. And adjust to them immediately I like that we are able to discuss a plan of care for my father. Everything that I have asked this done.

My momma is living here and is well taken care of. Her room is always tidy, clothes are hung , and the facility always smells clean. The staff here are very friendly and give her the attention she needs.

My husband has been here for rehab for 10 days now. Improvement is needed in the following areas: until yesterday, my husband had only been offered & provided 1 bath/shower. (Supposed to be 3x a wk.) The nursing aid who did give him a bath was not even assigned to him. Amber is an Angel! My husband is a vegetarian & his tray notes such but he has been served meat numerous times. OFTEN there are no condiments served to enhance flavor of food. My husband was provided 1 pair of no skid socks until yesterday, despite asking for a clean pair numerous times. Yes, it does smell like urine and/or feces at times. It is a nursing facility. I suspect staffing is an ongoing issue. An inventory was never done with my husband and I. He has " lost" a pair of shorts & his phone charger was damaged.
