Pacifica Rehabilitation and Wellness Center provided exceptional care for my mother during her rehabilitation stay. This was our second experience with the facility—the first following a hip replacement, and most recently after she suffered a fall that resulted in a fractured knee. The three qualities that stand out most are the quality of care, compassion of the staff, and their ability to adapt care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. My mother has mid-stage vascular dementia, which requires specialized attention and understanding. From the beginning, the team listened carefully to our concerns and quickly adjusted their approach to ensure her care was appropriate and supportive. My primary goal was for her to enter rehabilitation, recover from her injury, and leave without experiencing cognitive or functional decline. Pacifica Rehab helped make that possible. The therapists, nurses, and support staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion.
