Pacifica Rehabilitation and Wellness Center provided exceptional care for my mother during her rehabilitation stay. This was our second experience with the facility—the first following a hip replacement, and most recently after she suffered a fall that resulted in a fractured knee. The three qualities that stand out most are the quality of care, compassion of the staff, and their ability to adapt care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. My mother has mid-stage vascular dementia, which requires specialized attention and understanding. From the beginning, the team listened carefully to our concerns and quickly adjusted their approach to ensure her care was appropriate and supportive. My primary goal was for her to enter rehabilitation, recover from her injury, and leave without experiencing cognitive or functional decline. Pacifica Rehab helped make that possible. The therapists, nurses, and support staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. I am very pleased with the care my mother received and would confidently recommend Pacifica Rehabilitation and Wellness Center to families seeking high-quality rehabilitation services for their loved ones.

My 90 year-old mom was here six months ago, and unfortunately she had another fall and Is in need of a skilled nursing facility again. Fortunately, thanks to the amazing admissions coordinator Fatima, she will be able to take advantage of the wonderful care offered here. This place has no equal. Amazing location/facility/staff. Count yourself lucky if you can get a bed here!

Mother is currently staying at this location based on all the wonderful reviews. Now I see why. Mother is constantly taken care of and motivated and encouraged to move so she can get back to her old self.

The Pacifica Nursing & Rehab Center is very clean, the staff professional and very loving, responsive and organized. An elderly family member returned home after being there for almost 8 weeks. I was impressed. They are very experienced and keep families and patients on track with medication, appointments, dealing with insurance and most importantly, knowing what to expect every step of the way.

Pacifica Nursing & Rehab Center without a doubt is the best facility of its kind I have ever been involved with. The staff is articulate, professional, knowledgeable and passionate about their patients and care. The facility itself is very clean, sanitary and well kept both inside and out. My husband was very fortunate to have been assigned there. I wish other facilities of this nature would raise to their standards. Extremely grateful to all from the transport team, medical team, therapists and wonderful nursing staff. Thank you!!!
