I found Pacific through the Next Door/ Neighborhood social medias. There were several good recommendations there. My husband is 91 years old, I need to find a care for him when I go overseas. I also think of the future longer care. We visited 2 places Pacific found for us, one is at Emeryville, the other is at San Ramon and like both places. Pacific Senior Care’s process is simple, efficient and very professional, friendly.

Pacific Care Services has really been helpful every time I have reached out to them for help finding housing for my elderly friends and relatives. They stay with you until you find the right placement and help you with navigating medi-CAL and other ways to fund elder housing. I highly recommend them!

Kelly has been amazing in assisting with placements for a multitude of patients and has been such great help taking care of them. As a social worker at a skilled nursing I’ve always been able to depend on Kelly and her team to take care of my patients when there discharged. She is amazing and highly suggest to others.

Kelly was referred by the skilled nursing facility my father is in. Navigating care for senior loved ones is a stressful process, and Kelly has lessened that anxiety by providing compassion and guidance with her assistance. She has a vast knowledge of the different programs available for the aging community. No matter the time of day, she takes the time to respond to questions, which shows her dedication to her work and her clients. I’m hopeful and optimistic that with Kelly’s support we will find the best placement for my father once the time comes to move to a long term facility that will give him the best care. Her kindness and proactive approach is what families need when going through the process of planning for senior services.
