Whoever was driving this vehicle on 91N today around 3:20 needs their license revoked. Merged slow onto the highway, then sped up, cut me off, and brake checked me when I attempted to pass in the left lane. Then they exceeded speeds of 80MPH in a 65.

My father has been receiving services from Oxford for about a year and I couldn't be happier with the level of care provided by the caregivers and management. During this time, the staff have consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and dedication. In particular, the level of care and help received by his senior care manager, Lisa Lucas-DiMiceli, has been phenomenal! What stood out most was her ability to balance clinical knowledge with compassion. Lisa demonstrated not only a clear understanding of the healthcare needs involved, but also made sure we felt supported, informed, and respected throughout the process. Honestly, I don't know what I would have done without Lisa!

This company was hired and paid for by the VA to have caregivers assist my father in law with dementia. Once these caregivers started coming to his apartment about 5,000 dollars over a couple month period went missing from his bank account and we discovered they were lying about their hours. We discovered they lied about being at the apartment because my father in law left his apartment by himself and almost got hit by a bus while a caregiver was supposed to be there. He ended up in the emergency room and unfortunately now has to go to a nursing facility. His wishes were to stay at his apartment and we tried so hard to make that happen, but unfortunately getting involved with this company made it impossible.

Oxford Home Care provides exceptional Customer Service. I was referred to them by someone I know personally, in search of Care Giver for my lovely grandparents. Not only did they take the time to talk with me personally and allowed me to ask as many concerning questions one would have, they did an in person intake to gather as much personal needed information of my grandparents so that a right fit would be matched to my grandparents everyday needs. We love the professionalism, patience and kindness we've received from Oxford. My grandparents are very happy and I no longer need to worry!!! Thank you so much Oxford Home Care.

Pleased with the helpers however many times late or no show. Oxford does NOT provide their employees with safety equipment such as disposable gloves so I have to. Many excuses when you call.
