Oxford Grand truly feels like home. I had the opportunity to tour the community, and I was genuinely impressed by the love and care they pour into their residents each day. From the engaging activities to the thoughtfully prepared meals—you can tell the chef puts heart and intention into everything he creates. This community is truly centered on caring for and honoring seniors. Myesha Williams, the Director of Sales, made the experience even more special. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, answering all of my questions and providing the peace of mind we all hope for when exploring care options for a loved one. Her compassion and knowledge truly stand out. Be very careful of this facility. This facility will take your admission fee, moving fees, etc. and not refund them under any circumstances. Additionally, there is no care there and you cannot check on your loved one after business hours as they do not answer their phones. Their staff does not want to do anything to help the residents. The head nurse, Susan is extremely rude and ugly to the residents as well.

The Oxford Grand has literally been life changing for my mom. Living on her own was becoming difficult for her, and her health was deteriorating fast. We knew we had to make a change. We visited several assisted living facilities in the area, and the Oxford Grand was an easy choice for us. From the attentive and friendly staff to the meticulously-maintained facilities to the amazing number of activities they offer, no where else compared to what Oxford had to offer. After just a few months at being at the Oxford Grand, she was moving much better, and she was happier than she's been in a long time. She was originally a little reluctant to move to assisted living, but now she wishes she had done it sooner. When I asked if she's made any new friends, she rattled off at least 30 names from memory. She couldn't be happier.

Rent increases are a problem. Not sure how they justify when rates are dropping at other places. We will be looking elsewhere if happens again. Over $700 over 2 yrs!
