An absolute horrific nightmare! DO NOT let anyone you care about step foot in this facility! The neglect that goes on here is criminal! cant believe the state allows this place to stay open.

Worst facility I’ve ever seen, my mom had up to 30 minute call lights, was left at an appt for HOURS with nobody with her, and the meanest physical therapist. Do NOT recommend

We have our father at this facility. Adore the staff who work with him: Amy, Mary, Susan, Marcia, Meghan and all the others. Thank you for remembering he is someone's Dad. We appreciate you every day!

We absolutely love and trust this facility with our dad. The admission process was wonderful with Social worker, Chris. She explained the process, asked detailed questions about my dads needs as well as personal preferences. The head PT person, Mary, listened to our concerns and immediately designed an aggressive plan to rehab for my dad to be able to return home. Amy Fisher, Director of Nursing, is exceptional and has incredibly caring and compassionate staff. I feel like they treat my father like they do with their own family members. Susan Westervelt in Food Service is awesome tto. Even the housekeeping staff take time to visit with him. I cannot give enough praise for the CNAs and aides. Although it is tough to have a loved one in a rehab center, this staff is making it work. It is worth a round trip drive of almost 70 miles. I give them our highest rating.

My mom is just fit to be tied, they wont let her out to do things. She says it's like a prison. Nora Springs care center did let you go out to do things.
