The staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Orchards of Minnetonka is clean, bright, and beautifully maintained, and it had a warm, inviting feel throughout. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely took the time to make us feel comfortable.

I enjoyed my tour of the community because residents were engaged and seemed very happy to be living there. A few of them spoke to me along the tour and encouraged me to bring my parents for a meal. I met the director which was a very nice and reassuring. I would highly recommend!

10/10 recommend this community! We moved my loved one into The Orchards last year and It had been the best decision we have ever made. Every staff member I have come in contact with has been friendly and welcoming. So thankful we found The Orchards!

Never ever! There are so many better options out there!!! My dad has had a severe peanut allergy his entire life. Three different occasions they placed food in front of him that was peanut related. He caught it. I moved him and this has never happened again. Also the marketing manager Lisa, had never heard of the peanut allergy. Every single fall they had him go to the ER. Every time. There were several minor falls. I would have to leave work and go. Lost a job over it. His new place never once has he been to the hospital.
