I recently had the pleasure of spending time at The Orchards, and I can confidently say the experience left a lasting impression. From the moment you walk in, there’s a welcoming energy and a sense of teamwork that reflects a staff who truly care about the people they serve. I especially want to recognize the Activities team, Jenna and Ivy, who are doing exceptional work. Their creativity, organization, and genuine enthusiasm for residents shine through in everything they do. You can see the intention behind their programming ... offering activities for a wide age range and customizing activities to meet the needs of all of their residents— it’s not just about filling the schedule, it’s about creating meaningful moments, encouraging connection, and making sure each resident feels seen and valued. They bring both heart and professionalism to their roles, and that combination is something truly special. They look like they're having a ton of fun, but a lot of work goes into making it look easy. The Orchards is fortunate to have such dedicated team members, and it was inspiring to witness the collaboration, positivity, and thoughtful engagement happening there.
