I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Boise scheduler- Chase. He is a wizard with the schedule and has a pretty tough job matching caregivers up with clients. He’s constantly playing Tetris to make sure our clients have coverage and that cargivers aren’t scheduled over their allotted hours. He’s always so willing to help out and answer any questions I have.

We were very pleased with Home Helpers. During this very stressful time, Home Helpers was always available to make sure our Mother was getting the care she needed. Coralee Walther took the time to meet with us in advance to understand what level of care we needed for our Mother. This was very helpful as we were able to ask questions and to better underhand the home care process. We started with overnight care, that quickly turned into needing 24x7 care. On a Sunday morning, we contacted Coralee and she quickly coordinated the 24x7 care. The care and attention to quickly help us was outstanding. All of the Home Helpers Care Givers that took care of our Mother were outstanding. We were fortunate to have two very special Care Givers; Maria Contreras and Janet Boles. The care Maria and Janet provided to our Mother was sincerely compassionate. They both treated her with respect and dignity. Beyond the care, they took the time to create a friendship with our Mother that ment a lot to her. We feel very blessed that our path crossed with Coralee, Maria, Janet, the other Home Helpers Care Givers and Staff.

Great Staff that cares! They have been providing care for my father-in-law for almost 9 months now. I have been happy with all the caregivers that have taken care of him. These caregivers have been such a blessing through the Dementia and now hospice journey. Casey and Fran have been just wonderful and so caring.

I was able to have Home Helpers for my husband for a little over a year. Our helper, Fran, was amazing!! I was hardly able to get her to stop and take a break during her four hours each time she was with us! I am grateful we were able to work out a schedule so she was our only care giver. Whether is was helping me get the day started with showers and dressing, or running an errand for us, she was always so happy to help us! Thank you, Fran! and Lou, you were so helpful getting us signed up with this company! Thank you!!
