My wife had a major back surgery that required a sub-acute rehab stay, 3 weeks in duration. During that time we got to meet the vast majority of the staff from nurses, to CNAs, therapists, housekeeping and administration. EVERYONE was kind and genuinely interested in providing the best care possible. She had PT, OT and speech therapy and each service provided us with good continuity of care, and suggestions about transition to home. One might think that staff on the night shift would be less than happy to work that shift, but each person brightened our long nights, and provided great care. We are glad we selected Meridian Meadows for the rehab stay.

I am the nursing manager at MMTC and on discharge a residents wife wanted me to assist her in leaving this review since she did not have access to do it herself. "I feel like my husband got the highest level of care and I am pleased with our experience. Everybody I interacted with was Friendly, helpful, kind and very professional. The room stayed clean and tidy. My husband loved the activities, specifically the movie and popcorn every Friday. There are a few people I want to shout out specifically including Cindy, Ellie and Kaylee. Thank you as well to all the floor staff including nurses, CNA's and housekeeping for making our experience exceptional. I love this place so much and I will be recommending it to anybody that needs rehab." -Michele Lincoln

Because of Meridian Meadows’ COMPLETE FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY, or really AT ALL, we have had a terrible experience in their care of our aunt. Can’t get people to return our calls, can’t get them to return our insurance company’s calls, can’t get them to answer the phone. And to add insult to injury, MM has somehow been collecting her mail -WHERE IS IT?!- for the past five months! How could they not know? Also, discharge paperwork was messed up so badly that we now have to have our aunt re-evaluated for insurance coverage and have nearly lost coverage due to Meridian Meadows’ failure to submit proper paperwork. Abysmal. Wondering if this review might prompt someone at MM to care enough to return one of my many messages.

My husband was transferred from the hospital to Meridian Meadows Transitional Rehab. They came at 1 pm and when I got to the facility he was unhappy and wanted to come home. When I asked the nurse about pain meds at 5 pm, they didn't have any for him yet! He was recovering from reconstructive ankle surgery. When he decided to come home and leave without staying a night, I asked if I could have assistance out. I have mobility problems myself. They would not. So my husband had to leave in December in just his hospital gown, no shoes, no coat on his knee scooter across the parking lot! Alot of help! 🤣 I told the surgeon about this, and he encouraged me to post this. He will never recommend this place.

Meridian Meadows is the absolute best! It’s super clean and always smells fantastic. I love all the decorations they have year round for the different holidays. Makes all the residents, staff, and visitors feels at home. This is a great facility and I recommend for all!
