Lou was one of our best resources during this difficult time. We unfortunately didn’t get the chance to use their services because our loved one passed away before care began. However, during one of the hardest times of our lives, they were incredibly compassionate, patient, and supportive. Lou took the time to explain everything, answered our questions with kindness, and never made us feel rushed. Even without formally starting care, Lou’s empathy and professionalism meant more to us than we can express. We are very grateful for him.

If I could leave a zero star I would. This agency is absolutely horrible.Not only did they give us a fourteen day end of service notice but it was sent via text, after they told the case manager for my mom. I had called the case manager to complain about the communication we were not getting, and to see if she could help. She called them and this was their answer was they had to terminate service because they did not have anybody for my mom, I know for a fact two of their caregivers specifically told them they could take my mom five days a week, however they would not even consider that because she is medicaid. They told their employees I was diffuclt, that could be because I needed someone with my mom, so I can work. They also told their caregivers that a private pay client would receive care over a medicaid client because they paid more. That is just wrong morally and tells me that they are money hungry. The only communication this agency believes in is via text message.They will not answer phone calls from clients nor return them, if you send a text they are responding to a text message or sending one is usually at 9 p m at night. They send out caregivers without instruction on what the patient has for health issues, help they may need they just send them to enter the home without coming out to introduce them, or giving them a direction when they arrive. I feel bad for their employees, had they could walk into something bad and be completely taken back by the state a client is in. And who's to say all older people live with somebody? How do they know who is walking in their door. I have never met an agency so unprofessional as this one who can only communicate with text messages, and will not even respond when asked to have a conference call or a sit down meeting, to help work out a solution for a client.
