Thank you to Lauren and all the Staff at Orchard Pointe at Glendale for the delightful “Cruise Crawl” 1st anniversary celebration this week. It was lots of fun, entertaining, and educational. The decorations and passports were a nice touch. The snacks and anniversary dinner tasted great. I feel very blessed to live here amongst our caring staff and friendly people!

Orchard Pointe at Glendale is a beautiful community! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything is spotless and well maintained. The rooms are beautiful, and there are engaging activities happening throughout the<br><br>We also toured the Memory Care neighborhood and visited the beauty salon. It was wonderful to see the residents actively participating in an exercise activity using drumsticks and a ball. The Life Enrichment team was so energetic, encouraging, and genuinely engaged with the residents. Seeing everyone smiling, moving, and having fun really showed how much they care about providing a meaningful quality of life.<br><br>I was truly impressed and would highly recommend Orchard Pointe at Glendale to anyone looking for an assisted living or memory care community for a loved one.

Johnny has worked so hard to please the residents. He went the extra mile to get my mom settled in her room and he always calls everyone by their names. He is sincerely interested in each resident. I’m grateful he works at Orchard Pointe Glendale.

I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with how Orchard Pointe Glendale assisted living home handled my mother’s passing. Not a single person from the facility contacted me with condolences or even basic acknowledgment. The complete lack of empathy and communication was shocking and completely unacceptable.<br><br>What makes this even more disturbing is that even the hospice workers, who were only involved near the end, the time to mail me a heartfelt condolence card. They were not responsible for my mother’s daily care, yet they showed more compassion and respect than the facility where she lived.<br><br>Families trust assisted living staff to care for their loved ones and to treat families with dignity during difficult times. The way my mother’s passing was handled showed a troubling absence of compassion and professionalism. No family should ever be left feeling ignored or dismissed during such a painful moment.<br><br>The leadership and staff need to seriously reconsider how they treat grieving families, because the way they treated mine was deeply hurtful and profoundly disappointing.
