Home health and hospice agency is truly the best in Southeast Idaho. I have worked with other agencies. The physical therapy department is great. They know what they’re doing. They’re fun to work with. Are they really do help you get back on track The nursing department is wonderful. Courtney is great TEEGAN’s. She’s the best and JEN if you need help showering after surgery she’s your girl. She’s really great everyone there is the OFFICE Staff The people who answer the phone. Truly, the best home health at hospice agency around don’t be afraid to give them a try.

We have had home health as well as physical therapy. We love how much there team goes above and beyond to make sure our health care and safety needs are met and maintained. In addition we appreciate how they will reach out to us and make sure everything is going well. We are so very thankful for onesource home health and hospice team for being there to help us. Ryan does make it so much better when he comes in and play the harmonica and up lifts our spirits.

Great people, very professional and diligent in keeping everyone safe from the coronavirus. Had a full knee replacement and had nurse one day and physical therapy the next for almost 3 weeks. They were all great, especially Annette and Jereb! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them when I have my other knee done. Thanks so much for helping me on my road to recovery!

I had two total knee replacements and One Source was my choice for home health and physical therapy for both. The physical therapists and nurses were fantastic! The nurses that helped me were Karri, Stephanie and Nicole. Their concern, care and interest in my health was immediately and consistently obvious. The therapists were Sterling, Joni, Chase, and Brant. From the very start they were working to help me reach the goals I needed to fully recover as quickly as possible. When one approach was not working they were quick to find one that would. They were all excellent and I wouldn’t choose another company should I need home health again!

Onesource was great! After a horrifying experience with a competing hospice company, we were able to sign up and get service same day. The nurse brought a hospice care kit with a lot of things we hadn't thought about, but it was so nice to not have to wait for a nurse to come whenever we needed something, they would explain what was in the care kit and how to use it while the nurse was on the way. We always had everything we needed and the doctors and nurses had a system that kept us feeling well cared for, we highly recommend them!
