From the first interaction, it’s clear the staff are intentional about creating a calm, respectful, and supportive experience for both residents and families. Care is delivered thoughtfully, with attention not only to clinical needs but also to comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being. The team communicates well, follows through, and consistently goes beyond routine expectations to ensure residents feel safe and valued. It’s evident this is a community where people truly care about doing the right thing for those they serve.

The health care workers are so amazing here. They individually give such positive and helpful care to my loved one. They work so incredibly hard but always bring a smile to my loved one's face. I'm so grateful for that. Kelly, the activities director, is so friendly, creative, helpful, and full of energy and ideas! She's also a lot of help to families. Even the driver and the person at the front desk are kind, friendly, and amazing. It is so difficult to have beloved family in these situations, so I am so grateful for the people here. ♡ thank you so much teton healthcare of cascadia.

Teton Healthcare of Cascadia is doing amazing things! The time and care that goes into day to day tasks is unmeasured. All of the staff takes pride in the cleanliness of the building. The residents are always smiling and engaging outside their rooms with each other. Seeing all departments of staff going beyond for the residents is something you don't see in many facilities. Everyone is willing to jump in when needed and work as a team. I've definitely loved my experiences in the building. Its heart warming. This facility is making a difference that I hope many other facilities notice and strive to be like.

I know most people won’t read long posts but hopefully you will benefit from this. I am a physician in Idaho Falls that takes care of many patients. I always hope healthcare staff are taking care of my patients the way I would hope while I am not there. I have had the opportunity to see healthcare workers in all aspects of care. Some good and some not so good. Unfortunately I have had to have my mother admitted on 2 different occasions to 2 different rehab facilities in Idaho Falls over the last year. My experience for my mom at Teton Rehab has been amazing!! My mom has suffered multiple injuries that she has had to recover from as well as progressive dementia. As you can imagine, taking care of this kind of a patient can be a challenging task for anyone. They do not have a special memory care unit but they seem like they are ahead of others that do. I have witnessed amazing staff at Teton Rehab that have taken very good care of my mom even though she hasn’t always been nice to them. The administration have been helpful in working with her special needs and are always open to questions. James the administrator seems to always be positive with his staff and inspires them to be better. He also does everything he can, with what he has to improve on the patient environment. I don’t like to say names because I hate to miss any of the many special people, but I I have to say that Kelly the director of activities goes way out of her way to make sure the needs of each individual person in the facility are met. I have seen her way after hours preparing for the next day or offering special help to staff if needed. Her fun daily outfits she wears are great!! The facility is a little dated and can use some updating but it is clean and comfortable. The food isn’t the greatest but is palatable and they try their best to accommodate individual needs. I have eaten at a lot of hospitals and it is hard to say any hospital food is great. Their therapists are very compassionate and knowledgeable. They will push you to get better. I have witnessed the nurses and aids sitting with my mom when she is struggling and talking to her, putting their arms around her and consoling her when I know they are busy and have other things to do. As with all healthcare facilities they can be short staffed and overwhelmed. They make up for any shortcomings with their compassionate hardworking staff. The other facility my mom was at had better cosmetic appearance but lacked in staff attention. When it came time for my mom to try and move to a long term care we chose to stay at Teton Rehab. They not only care for my mom they love my mom. I am sure some of the CNAs could find better paying jobs with less stress and demand. They are there for the right reasons and they care about caring for patients and I appreciate that very much. I could go on and on. Every facility like this can have ups and downs but overall I see them always trying to improve. Thank you for all that you do for my mom. David

The staff at THC is amazing I was the there for 2 months, they work there butts off. I appreciate everything that they’ve done for me. I hope I spell their names right here we go… Jason, Dominik Amber, Payola ( a special shout to her she was there for me when I had a come apart) Kelly she is the activity director (she’s Awesome 😎) Michelle(#1Rn) Susan, Laney, Jayce, Lizzy Taylor, Kristalina, Jason-SUPERMAN!!! Yep I put it out there lol.Jamie umm who am I forgetting House Keeping we I was not able to get up they talked to me while cleaning my room(I appreciate that so much) I miss everyone and the residents so much but I also love being home. I love ya guys 🥰
