One You Love Homecare has been a tremendous help to me in caring for my husband with dementia. After Long and Sofia introduced themselves and told me all about their agency, I was very impressed. They made it a priority to inquire and learn about my husband’s habits, likes and dislikes, and special interests. The caregiver they sent to my house on the first day was very friendly, experienced, and personable. She was able to engage my husband in conversation and make him feel at ease. She also showed my husband how to play many of the games that are available on the agency’s IPad which is loaned to every patient receiving care from One You Love Homecare. In addition, the caregiver is very helpful and understanding about my husband’s fears and confusion caused by daily hallucinations, delusions, and paranoia. One You Love has been very reliable and willing to provide care for my husband according to my needs and my schedule. I never have to worry about keeping my personal appointments because I know they will be there,<br>My husband used to dislike company coming to the house until his caregiver came along. Now he considers her a good friend! And he seems to appreciate her patience, easy going conversation, and good humor. I could not have asked for a better homecare agency for my husband!

We recently worked with One You Love Homecare in Winter Park for post-surgery in-home care for a family member, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.<br><br>Scheduling was simple from the start, and any changes we needed were handled quickly and without stress. We had several caregivers, and one in particular was there most days — all of them were kind, patient, and always willing to help with laundry, changing linens, meal preparation, mobility, and restroom assistance. There was one time we had a concern, and Long was very responsive and addressed it right away. He followed up personally to make sure everything was resolved, which we really appreciated.<br><br>We’re truly grateful for the care and support we received. If you’re looking for reliable home care services in the Winter Park area, I would definitely recommend One You Love Homecare.
